Pay attention to your thoughts. Don’t deal with what’s happening. Don’t judge it, fight with it or try to change it. Your feelings about it will change on their own, if you allow them to. Even the thing itself will change as your feelings about it change. This is a practice, like working out. The more you do it, the greater and easier the flow.

Use the power that’s manifesting your current experience, the very same energy, right where you are, right now, to create something different.
