Mindful Monday

Kindness

“Charity begins at home.” So does kindness and appreciation. It’s not just for others, its for ourselves, first. From a place of inner gratitude and kindness, we can appreciate and be kind to life.

Kindness and love are the “most curative herbs and agents in human intercourse” –Nietzsche. Kindness is one of the Knightly Virtues. God is synonymous with kindness Meher Baba said: “God is so kind that it is impossible to imagine His unbounded kindness!”

From a place of being grateful and kind, appreciative and gentle with ourselves, we can be kind to life.
